At Intekse, we believe your data belongs to you. Our applications are designed with privacy as a core principle, which means we don't collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect any personal data from you. This includes:

  • No analytics or tracking data
  • No usage statistics or behavior monitoring
  • No personal information or identifiers
  • No advertising identifiers or cookies

Local-First Data Storage

All data you create in our applications is stored locally on your device. This means:

  • Your data never leaves your device without your explicit action
  • We have no access to your information
  • You maintain complete control over your data
  • Your data remains private and secure on your device

Apple's Data Collection

While we don't collect any data, Apple may collect certain information as part of the App Store experience. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, which you can review at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Future iCloud Sync (Optional)

We may offer optional iCloud sync in the future to allow you to sync your data across your devices. If implemented:

  • It will be completely optional and opt-in
  • Your data will sync through Apple's iCloud, not our servers
  • We will not have access to your iCloud data
  • You can enable or disable sync at any time

No Third-Party Services

Our applications currently do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Your data stays on your device.

Your Data, Your Control

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

  • Your data is entirely yours and stays on your device
  • You can delete your data by deleting the app
  • No need to request data deletion from us - we don't have it
  • No need to opt-out of tracking - we don't track you

Children's Privacy

Our applications are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through app updates or email notifications.
